Hot glaze – Jellified.

 

Ingredients:

Sugar; Water; Glucose; Fructose syrup; Jellifiers: Pectin E440, Sodium alginate E401; Acidifier: Citric acid E330; Preservative: Potassium sorbate E202.

Apricot puree; Natural identical apricot flavor; coloring: yellow ‘S’ E110 (evtl: FDC Nº5&6)

  

Application:

To glaze fruit pies, fresh fruits, danish, mousses, desserts…

 

Dosage:

Dilution 30%

 

Direction to use:

Add up to 20 at 30% of water or fruit juice in nappage. Heat until boiling. Spread over the pie with a brush. Made to stay 24 hours on fruits at 40F.
