Ingredients:

Lemon peel in quarter candied with sugar and glucose syrup.

Candied orange peel without pesticides, heavy metals, insects, moistures, vegetal or organic foreign bodies. No addition of: anti microbial, anti oxidizing, coloring agents, flavors. Coloring for melon: chlorophyll and oenocianine.

Application:

To be used as ingredient in pastry recipes.
