Comki is a mix of kirsch spirit and neutral alcohol. Kirsch spirit is obtained by distillation of fermented cherries. This particular comki has the specific flavour of morello cherries.

Application:
It can be used as an ingredient for pastry, the gelified texture give the advantage of homogeneous snoaking and an esay distribution on the dough. Mixing kirsch and neutral alcohol give the advantage to mix natural flavouring and low cost.
