Ingredients:
Wheat flour – Sugar – Concentrated butter – No modified and/or hydrogenated vegetable fats (coconut oil, palm kernel oil) – Lactose and milk proteins – Salt – Barkley malt flour – Raising agent: carbonate, acid of sodium.
Application:
It is a perfect match with any chocolate mousse, stuffed chocolate cakes, cream pies or candies… Using the Pailleté Dentelle Pur Beurre, well-known pastry chefs have been able to create sweet and famous delicacies such as the “Rocher Feuilletine au chocolat” or the “Royal au chocolat”.
